Project Overview

Velocity Training is a boutique fitness centre franchise, offering gym facilities for women.

With greater volatility in the sector (A YouGov poll suggested 10% of 5 million people cancelled their gym subscription) gyms have been struggling and Velocity is seeking:

  • to offer business benefits through experience, as well as attracting more people to the gym through public speaking events. (They feel the unique challenges faced of the fitness sector over the past decade equips them to offer solutions to other businesses that will not only enhance their abilities to tackle unforeseen circumstances and increase agility, but also broaden their commercial appeal by building their brand/CSR through local community engagement and sponsorship deals (areas where sports management excels).

  • to fill a market gap for a website that offers specialist information, as well as taught mentored lessons by experts at work and at the gym.

  • To bring longer-term benefits by providing for techniques in motivation, sponsorship, team-learning and crisis management from sports and fitness sectors.

Problem Statement:

“How might we a pathway that opens up communications with experts in an attractive and flexible way, whilst also stimulating the fitness industry?”

Great design doesn’t happen in isolation—it’s a synergy between your customers, the market, and technical precision.

From mood boards to customer journey mapping, from crafting the right voice to shaping a compelling brand narrative, every detail plays a role. But great design goes beyond aesthetics. SEO keyword optimization ensures your site ranks where it matters, while Google Analytics provides data-driven insights to refine performance.

This graduated process guarantees a website that’s not only laser-focused on your audience but also a pleasure to visit—both for you and your customers.
